3.1 Account Closure or Suspension

jta99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

In the event of account closure, any valid balance will be returned, however bonus funds may be forfeited.

jta99 uses local Bangladeshi payment methods to ensure fast and secure financial transactions. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Deposits are accepted only from payment accounts registered in the same name.
• Deposits via third parties are not accepted.
• jta99 does not charge any additional fees on deposits, however the payment service provider's own charges may apply.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be limited if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Additional verification may be carried out for suspicious transactions.
• jta99 reserves the right to cancel a withdrawal if evidence of fraud is found.

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x) — meaning you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

All content, designs, logos, software, databases, graphics, text, and other elements of the jta99 platform are intellectual property assets protected by jta99. Any use, copying, or distribution of these assets is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted under these Terms.

Third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming hold their own intellectual property rights, which are governed by their respective terms and conditions.
